1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Yuxin Heavy Equipment's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Equipment Sales

All equipment sales are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm orders, with the balance due before shipping.

Warranty: New equipment comes with a manufacturer warranty of 12 months or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

3. Equipment Rental

Renters are responsible for proper operation and maintenance during the rental period, all fuel and consumables, any damage beyond normal wear, and insurance coverage.

4. Payment Terms

We accept wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), and other methods as agreed. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated separately. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and shipping method.
